This was a fun weekend. I was so excited that I danced the whole drive there and the whole walk in. Sam said I was definitely embarrassing him, but that he could deal with it ;)
Hogsmeade
We spent a good chunk of our morning here, ate brunch, and then headed elsewhere. We came back later to buy some candy and another butterbeer before heading home.
Honeydukes and Zonkos (They were in the same building)
The Constipation Sensation that's sweeping the nation!
Hagrid's hut
We ate our brunch at The Three Broomsticks. We didn't branch out much and just had the American breakfast because we were hungry and that English food sounded weird.
These next pictures were all inside the castle while we waited for probably my favorite ride (probably Sam's least favorite: claustrophobia and motion-sickness inducing), where it seemed like we were riding a broomstick and zooming all around the castle. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were sneaking us out to the Quidditch field to watch a game, and the setup and everything was pretty cool.
I yelled magical candy names at this statue, but nothing happened...
The pensieve and Dumbledore's office
House point hourglasses and the fat lady (who really moved)
After the ride
Taking a name out of the Goblet
The frozen kind. Mmmm
California's succulents. My only reason for ever wanting to live somewhere without winter. And beaches.
We also went to the Water World show, which was incredible! And nice to get a little wet :) I wish we had more pictures, but we were worried about them getting wet. There were stunt people and explosions and jet skies coming up from under the water, and so much more. It was so cool!
Despicable Me
Dip-n-Dots before the Animal Actors show

Down the super steep escalators (and like 4 of them) to
Jurassic Park
Can you spot little me down there? Me neither, but I'm there.
Sam finally decided before this last ride to listen to the signs that said not to go on certain rides if you are prone to motion sickness. And I think this was the one he would have liked! He stood in line with me (which I was really glad for) and sent me on my way. He was very sweet and totally cool with me going without him.
Proof of the wetness
And our traditional In-N-Out dinner on the way home. We did this every weekend on the way home from our adventures, and I loved it. So good.
And the candy we bought at Honeydukes
I expected the pumpkin juice to be gross (I think because I ate pumpkin puree plain for the first time recently expecting pumpkin pie flavor and was thoroughly disgusted), but it was really good! It was mostly apple juice with a little pumpkin and some flavoring.
And that was our Universal Studios adventure! I sure love adventuring with Samual. It's the best!
