Ramblings (not so) Recently

I have this problem where I write posts and never publish them. It's quite a problem haha. SO this is form last Wednesday, the 10th. Also, I have had four pretty fantastic weekends recently that I want to write about, but that's for another day when I'm feeling ambitious.

Laramie weather recently has been heavenly. It is so warm and sunny. I am sitting outside right now with no coat or anything. It's fabulous.

I love Vitamin D. When I'm outside doing nothing but enjoying the sun instead, inevitably I start thinking about all the homework and studying I should be doing inside. But then I think about Vitamin D, and how lacking I probably am in it, and I don't feel guilty. And when I remember that, I also remember that if I was inside, I probably wouldn't be doing homework anyway :)

The institute here is pretty fabulous. Every Tuesday there is a devotional followed by a free lunch (which I actually have yet to make it to, but still), and then on Wednesdays the sweet older sister missionaries make a huge lunch for everyone that's only a dollar. And it's always REALLY good. I even plucked up my courage and asked for one of the recipes. (Measurements were in pounds and packages of stuff, but I got the ingredients, which I'm telling myself is enough. If I can remember them haha)

I think I'll really miss that about Laramie. I'm assuming they don't do those at BYU or they'd be feeding the whole campus. Maybe we'll just have to do some searching. A missionary was telling our family once that his brother was working on an app that told you all the places you could get free food near you that day. I didn't understand the genius of this till I got to college.

I found out my grade on my Biology test today. Yikes. There goes not having to study for the final.

I walked to the public library after the lunch today (It's been a while since I've had a sloppy joe that messy). It seriously feels soooo good out here. I was walking and saw the cutest little house. It was yellow with matching rocking chairs on the front porch and purple shutters. And I didn't have my camera! That will be my adventure for this evening or tomorrow (or next week).

I got to the library and realized it's closed. They're getting new carpet or something. Except the doors are wide open. And someone walked inside. Not sure what to make of it. I was so excited to get a book too! Maybe I'll explore the college library and try to figure out where there fiction section is. If they even have one... Maybe I should ask. Eh, that probably won't happen :)
